RULING
The Court made a Judgment on 11th September 2014. The Respondent was ordered to compute and file in Court, underpayments due to the Claimant, on or before 1st October 2014.
The Respondent filed these computations on 1st October 2014.
The Court has looked at the computations and is satisfied that they comply with the Judgment on record.
IT IS ORDERED:-
(a) The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of Kshs.21,579/- in full and final settlement of the Claim.
(b) This sum be paid to the Claimant in person within 7 days of this Ruling, or be deposited in Court within 14 days of the Ruling in event the Claimant cannot be traced.
(c) The file be marked as closed upon such payment.
