1. All considerations taken into account, the court deems the Accused unsuitable for non-custodial sentence on account of the fact that the family and community have not forgiven him.

2. Considering that the life of a young innocent girl was lost, the Accused is sentenced to serve a jail term of thirty (30) years computed from the 7. 8.2015. He has a right of appeal to be exercised within fourteen (14) days from today.

3. Let the court file be closed.
