SENTENCE

The court has taken to account of the mitigating factors. The time accused has taken in custody for 6 years. He killed his own mother for being denied money to buy miraa. The court has to award a retributive penalty as well a period to enable him reform from addiction noted of substance.

Thus the accused is sentenced to serve 25 years to run from the date of arrest.
