RULING

1. I have considered that the accused is remorseful, young with a child, and a young family. I have considered that she is a first offender.  That she has been in custody for five years.

2. I have considered the presentence report filed on 02:07:2018 which is extremely negative to the accused.

3. I have considered in particular the sentiments of the victims.

4. A life was lost at her own instance. The sentence provided is death.

5. Taking into consideration of all the foregoing, I sentence the Accused to a most lenient sentence of 10 years imprisonment.

6. Right of Appeal 14 days explained.
