1. Based on the Pre-sentence Report whose conclusions are not disputed, and the demeanor of the Accused, the court has observed during his attendance in court, the court infers that the Accused lacks social support to help with reintegration into society.

2. He is thus sentenced to serve a jail term of twenty (20) years to be computed from the March 29, 2016.

3. He has a right of appeal to be exercised within fourteen (14) days from today.
