1. On 20th May 2025, the Prosecution closed its case after calling a total of five (5) Prosecution witnesses.

2. Both the Accused person and the Prosecution did not file Written Submissions on the question of whether or not the Accused person had a case to answer. They both relied on the evidence on record.

3. Having carefully considered the evidence by the Prosecution witnesses, the court was of the opinion that a prima facie case had been established against the Accused person herein to warrant him being put on his defence. He is hereby put on his defence.

4. It is so ordered.
