RULING ON BOND

1. I have considered the application for bond and the opposition thereto. There is no evidence to back the allegations that the accused is likely to interfere with the investigations. In the circumstances, I am satisfied that the accused is entitled to bond and there are and compelling reasons to  deny her the same in view of the pre-bail report.

2. She may be released on a personal bond of Kshs. 600,000 with a surety of a similar amount.
