1. Having considered the evidence on record from the eleven (11) prosecution witnesses who have testified herein, I come to the conclusion that the prosecution has established a prima facie case against the accused person.

2I thus find that the accused person has a case to answer and put him on his defence. I proceed to explain to the accused person the three (3) options available to him in his defence under section 211 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 75).
