The accused person is charged with murder contrary to section 203 as read with section 204 of the Penal Code. From the evidence of PW1 Joseph Olunga Benedict who is the accused’s father and that of PW2, Daniel Wanjala, I find that the accused has a case to answer and he shall be put on his defence.
