RULING

1.    I have now had occasion to read through the record in this matter.  It is my view that the evidence tendered by the Republic discloses a prima facie case against the accused persons and there is reason to hear their side of the story.

2.    In the event, I will place both accused persons in their respective defences.

3.    Section 306 Criminal Procedure Code shall be complied with.
