RULING
The accused CARLOS MULI KIMEUfaces a charge of MURDER CONTRARY TO SECTION 203 as read with SECTION 204 OF THE PENAL CODE. The accused pleaded ‘Not Guilty’ to the charge. The prosecution called a total of thirteen (13) witnesses in support of their case. I have considered the evidence adduced by the prosecution. I am satisfied that a prima facie case has been established. I therefore direct that accused shall give a defence to the charge.
Dated and Delivered in Mombasa this 2nd day of December, 2014.
