RULING

The three accused persons have been charged of Murder Contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code.

- Four (4) witnesses were called by the prosecution.  The evidence adduced is circumstantial. I am satisfied that a prima facie case has been established by the prosecution.

- The accused are hereby  placed on their defence under Section 306 (2) Criminal Procedure Code.
