1. From the evidence adduced by the Prosecution witnesses, the Court finds that the Accused persons have been sufficiently connected with the death of the deceased in a matter that demands that they rebut what is demonstrated against them.

2. The Court finds that aprima faciecase has been made out and puts them to their defence.

3. Both have a case to answer. Defence Hearing on October 31, 2023.
