ORDER
The Probation Report filed by Alice Mugambi is favourable to release of accused on bond. The prosecution through CPL Fredrick Pete claimed that accused has no fixed abode but probation officer had an interview with the accused persons mother and employer as well as Assistant Chief of Lanyiruu Sub Location where accused person hails from. The accused person is only 19 years old and is a young adult. I also find that there is no tangible compelling reason to be relied upon to deny him bond. He may be released on bond of Ksh. 500,000/- plus 2 sureties the employer and the mother. The employer to avail security while the mother to avail copy of ID plus passport. Both sureties to be examined by Deputy Registrar and to be informed of their responsibility to the court. Accused warned to abide by bond terms and attend court as when required.
