RULING
The accused is charged with the offence of Murder Contrary to Section 203 and 204 of the Penal Code. The deceased in Count 1 and Count 2 were a wife and son of the accused person.
The evidence adduced is circumstantial. I am however satisfied that the prosecution has established a prima facie case against the accused who I hereby place on him on his defence under Section 306 (2) Criminal Procedure Code.
