IN THE SUPREME COURT OF SEYCHELLES CHE DORASAMY THE REPUBLIC           VS. Criminal Side No. 35 of 2009 Mr. Durup for the Republic Mr. Hoareau for the Accused ORDER Burhan, J Learned counsel has complained to court in respect that a) That the meals provided to the accused are spoilt That the said meals are not served on time but served late That in the even of the accused complaining of this an application would be made by the police to remand him at Montagne Posse. Commissioner is hereby ordered to ensure personally that the food served on all detainees at Central Police Station at the prescribe time are not late and further that the food served is not spoilt. Counsel is also directed to bring to the notice of the Commissioner of the Police what he mentioned in court. There is no definite rule as to when remandies are being allowed to have food from outside.    Commissioner is also informed that he may use his discretion in respect of food is being given from outside and ensure that uniform procedure observed.
