RULING
The accused is charged with the offence of murder contrary to section 203 as read with section 204 of the penal code.
Particulars are that the accused person Doris Nkatha on the 2nd day of October 2017 at Malaene village, Ndoleti Location in Igembe North Sub-county within Meru County and with another not before court murdered Ratanya Gitanga alias Kauni.
This called for Pre-bail report in respect of the accused and the report filed on 4th December 2017 recommends that accused is suitable to be released on bond pending trial.
Accused will be released on bond of 500,000/= + one surety of similar amount. The surety to be examined by DR.
