RULING

The accused Douglas Mutethia Baiweta was charged with the offence of murder contrary to section 203 as read with S. 204 of the penal code.

Particulars are that Douglas Mutethia Baiweta on the nights of 3rd and 4th October 2015 at Kiutine Mlima shida village Baibariu sub-location, Kawiru Location in Igember North Subcounty within Meru County murdered Sabera Kolo.

This court finds that the evidence of the 5 prosecution witness is sufficient to place accused on defence.  He has a case to answer.
