The accused is charged with murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code.

The Prosecution called a total of eight (8) witnesses who have explained what they know about the circumstances surrounding the deceased's death.

The evidence is circumstantial and I am satisfied that the prosecution has made out a prima facie case against the accused person.

I hereby place the accused on his defence under Section 306 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
