I have perused the prebail report prepared by the Probation Office Kisumu. Bail is a right, a constitutional right. Considering the said report, I do grant the accused request as follows:-

(a)A bond of Kshs. 1000000 with a surety of similar amount.

(b)The accused shall attend court for mention of his case every month till the same is heard and determined.
