SENTENCING

I have considered the able mitigation made on behalf of the Accused.  That he is a first offender.  He regrets the incident and that he pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and his youthful age.

However a life was lost at his hands.  I sentence him to five (5) years imprisonment.
