SENTENCE

The two Accused persons were found guilty of the offence of murder C/S 203 of the Penal Code.  I have taken into consideration their mitigation factors and also perused their probation  officer’s reports. The offence of murder carries a mandatory  death sentence. Each of the Accused persons is sentenced to suffer death as per law provided.
