I have considered the able application for bond on behalf of the accused. I have also considered the Prebail Report dated 10/01/18. There seems to be no compelling reasons to deny the accused bond.

In the premises the accused is admitted to bond. He may be released on a personal bond of Kshs. 200,000/= with a surety of a similar amount. Production Order for 24/02/2018.
