1. Having considered the Victim Impact Statement & the mitigation of the accused person this court finds that accused person deserves to be punished as a life was loss for no apparent reason.

2. He is sentenced to serve 25 years imprisonment to take effect when he was 1st arraigned in court on November 29, 2016 pursuant to section 333(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.

3. Accused has a right of appeal within 14 days from today date.

4. The children’s officer Kwale County hereby ordered to visit the accused persons children in Mulungoni Village and intervene to make sure they are protected & provided for particulary taken to school.
