1. The oral application for reduction of the bond is not allowed. The Accused was granted a bond of Kshs. 500,000/= with one surety which is reasonable in the circumstances of this case.

2. This case will be mentioned on 24th March, 2025 for the Defence Counsel to make a proposal for plea bargain for consideration by the Prosecution.

3. The Masla Somali culture is not applicable but the prosecution will consider a plea bargain proposal.
