SENTENCE

This court has considered  the mitigation but nothing can take away the fact that an innocent life has lost in a bizarre circumstances brought about by betting. The accused ought to have known better as he has told this court that he is 51 years old.  He is hereby sentenced to serve 30 years in jail.  14  days Right of Appeal.
