Ruling

1. I have perused the evidence painstakingly. The deceased sustained blunt force trauma while in presence of his father the Accused. The Doctor attributed the trauma to assault. PW3 confirms that she had left the deceased with the Accused when she went to the shop to buy milk. There is sufficient evidence to place the Accused on his defence. I therefore find that the Accused has a case to answer.
