RULING

Ms. Kipsang Advocate for the accused has made an application that the accused be released on bail pending the determination of this charge. The application was not opposed by the State. I have perused the pre-bail report prepared by the Probation Department. I note that accused is a 19 year old student. He is of fixed abode and lives with his family in Kaloleni Location. I find no compelling reason to deny the accused bond terms. I do therefore hereby admit the accused to bail in terms of Kshs.250,000/- + two (2) Kenyan sureties of like sum.
