S E N T E N C E

1. I have considered the mitigation of the accused. That he is a first offender. That he is remorseful. That the offence occurred in his own home when three people amongst others the deceased visited him. They were not armed. A life was lost as a result of his act.

2. Taking into consideration all the factors. I sentence the accused to 10 years imprisonment.
