RULING ON SENTENCE

1. I have considered the able mitigation made on behalf of the accused. That he has been in custody since 2015. He is remorseful and the circumstances in which the offence was committed.

2. I have also considered the victim Impact Report/Pre-sentence dated 11/07/2018.

3. In view thereof I sentence the accused to 6 months probation under the County Director of Probation Meru.
