1. The accused person faces a charge of murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code.

2. The prosecution called eleven (11) witnesses who testified in support of their case. I have perused the evidence of the prosecution and I am satisfied that a prima facie case has been established.

3. I find that the accused person has a case to answer and is hereby called upon to made their defence.

4. It is hereby so ordered.
