RULING ON BOND

1. I have considered mitigation on the part of the accused. That she is a young lady of 20 years. That the offence occurred after she was attacked by the deceased. I have taken into consideration the sentiments of the victims as contained in the Report dated 13/06/2019.

2. I have considered that the accused is remorseful only 15 years when she committed the offence.

3. Taking into consideration all the foregoing. I sentence the accused to 6 months probation.
