1. I have considered the evidence on record and I am satisfied that the prosecution has established a Prima facie case against the 2nd and 3rd accused. They are hereby placed on their defence.

2. However, as regards the 1st accused no prima facie case has been established against her. The reasons to be in the Judgment. 1st accused acquitted of the charge under Section 210.

3. Section 211 complied with in respect of Accused 2 and 3.
