RULING

The accused faces a charge ofMurder Contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of Penal Code.

The prosecution called a total of five (5) witnesses.  I have evaluated their evidence and I am satisfied that a prima facie case has been proved against the accused.

-  I hereby place him on his defence under Section 306 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
