1. Having perused and considered the evidence of 13 prosecution witnesses on record, I am of the view that the prosecution has established a prima facie case against the accused person.

2. I thus find that the accused person has a case to answer and put him on his defence.

3. I proceed to explain to him the three options available to him in his defence under section 211 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 75).
