I have considered the application for bond.  I have also considered the pre-bail Report dated and filed on 7/11/2017.  There are no exceptional circumstances to deny the second accused the bond.  I hereby admit the second Accused to bond.  He may be released on a bond of KShs.250,000/- with a surety of a similar amount.

Mention 24/1/2018 to fix the matter for hearing.  The Counsel for Accused 2 be informed.
