1. An appraisal of the evidence recorded from the six witnesses called by the prosecution connect the Accused to the death of the deceased in a manner that calls for him to say something towards controverting that connection.

2. On this basis, the Court finds that a prima facie case has been established, the Accused is found to have a case to answer and thus placed on his defence.
