1. Having considered the evidence of the nine (9) prosecution witnesses on record, I come to the conclusion that the prosecution has proved a prima facie case against the accused person.

2. I thus find that the accused person has a case to answer and I hereby put him on his defence. I proceed to explain to him the three options available to him in his defence under section 211 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap.75).
