RULING

1. The accused is charged with one count of murder contrary to section 203 of the Penal Code.

2. I have considered the evidence adduced by the prosecution in this case.  I am satisfied that the prosecution has established a prima facie case against the accused person to warrant the court to place the accused on her defence.

3. Accordingly, the accused is placed on her defence.
