1. The two accused persons have been charged with the offence of Murder contrary to section 203 as read with section 204 of the penal code. A total of seven (7) witnesses have testified and explained to the court what they know about the case.

2. After weighing the evidence adduced and the submissions by both counsel I am satisfied that a prima facie case has been established against them by the prosecution.

3. They are both placed on their defence under section 306(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
