2. I have also considered the Right of Appeal sworn in opposition thereto. I have also considered the pre bail report which is negative.

3. I am satisfied that there are compelling reasons way not to grant bond to the accused.

4. He shall conduct his trial while on custody. Mention 10:10:18 to give date. Interpreter be paid attendance costs for today.
