RULING

The accused MAGANGI MONGO DZIDZI faces a charge of MURDER CONTRARY TO SECTION 203 as read with SECTION 204 OF THE PENAL CODE. The prosecution called a total of twelve (12) witnesses in support of their case. I have carefully considered the evidence adduced by the prosecution witnesses. In my view a prima facie case has been established against the accused. I therefore direct that the accused shall give his defence to this charge.
