R U L I N G O N S E N T E N C E
1. I have considered the able mitigation on behalf of the accused. He is a first offender.
2. He committed the offence while unwell.
3. The Pre-sentence report is not positive of the accused. I have considered that he has been in custody for now 6 years.
4. I accordingly sentence the accused to 7 years imprisonment.
14 days Right of Appeal explained.
