1. On 23rd October 2024, the Prosecution closed its case after calling a total of six (6) Prosecution witnesses.

2. The Accused person’s Written Submissions on whether or not he had a case to answer were dated 4th December 2024 and filed on 17th December 2024. On the other hand, the Prosecution did not file any Written Submissions but relied on the evidence that had been adduced by the Prosecution witnesses.

3. Having carefully considered the evidence by the Prosecution witnesses and the Accused person’s Written Submissions, the court was of the opinion that a prima facie case had been established against the Accused person herein to warrant him being put on his defence. He is hereby put on his defence.

4. It is so ordered.
