1) I have considered the application for bond I have considered the Pre-bail report. Although it is negative, I have not seen anything that is compellable to warrant my denying the accused bond.

2) Accordingly, the accused may be released on a personal bond of Kshs. 600,000/= and a surety of a similar amount.
