SENTENCE I have considered that the death of the deceased was as a result of a domestic fight between husband and wife. That the deceased was stabbed once in the chest by his wife, who is the accused. That the accused is a first offender and that she sustained some injuries. I have also taken into account that the accused is a young mother of two children. The offence is however serious, and a person has lost life in the process.
