1. I have considered the application for bond. I have considered that the State did not object to the same as it is the Constitutional right of the accused.

2. I have considered the Pre-bail report dated 7/7/2025. The same is positive of the accused.

3. I allow the application and grant the accused bond of Kshs.400,000/- and a surety of a similar amount.

4. Mention for pre-trials on 24/9/2025. The prosecution to supply defence with witness statements and copies of evidence within 45 days of today.It is so ordered.
