The accused is charged with the offence of murder.On the date today the prosecution offered and adduced no evidence against.Accordingly there is no evidence that accused committed the offence charge.She is accordingly acquitted of the charge.She is therefore set free forthwith as the charge of murder is hereby dismissed.She is set free unless otherwise lawfully held in prison.
