1. The accused Joseph Chacha Morega alias Morega is charged with the offence of murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code.

2. The particulars are that on the 10th day of April 2023 at Kendege Village Nyaitara Sub Location, Kuria East Sub Country within Migori County the accused murdered Peter Wanchara Mwita.

3. From the evidence of the six (6) prosecution witnesses a prima facie case has been raised sufficient to place accused person on his defence. He has a case to answer.
