1. The accused person was arrested on 18th October 2024 and taken to Port Reitz Subcounty Hospital for medical assessment.

2. The Psychiatrist has filed a report dated 30th October 2024 stating that the Accused person is suffering from psychosis and that he is not fit to plead.

3. In the circumstances, this court directs that the Accused person be admitted at Port Reitz Sub-County Hospital for further treatment.

4. The case will be mentioned after one month to monitor the progress of the accused.

5. The Consultant Psychiatrist to file a report on the progress of the Accused person.

6. The DCI Voi to escort the Accused person to Port Reitz. Mention on 18th December 2024.
